When you place a Notice you will be required to enter a Title, which could be your own name, or your company name, or any descriptive phrase. An auto-check will not allow this title to be repeated again by yourself or any other user (unless deleted by yourself), making it a unique reference similar to a Domain Name. You will, however, be required to abide by Trade Mark and Copyright laws and regulations when choosing your Notice Title. (e.g. you may not use a company name that you have no legal rights to). As an added precaution for validating a Notice, a unique reference number is automatically assigned to your Notice when you create it. You may place up to 5 notices. Each notice will expire in 90 days unless "Refreshed" for a further 90 days in the "Update" menu. A notice can be "Refreshed" perpetually.
