About
NoticeBoard.co.za
NoticeBoard.co.za allows you to
place Notices / Information directly on the Internet, just by typing
it into a window, in plain text. Your target audience can then locate
these Notices by keywords or by their unique titles
(Suggested Uses). You may place up to five
Notices at any one time, and they may be updated from anywhere by you
only, and can be kept indefinitely by "Refreshing". A Notice
will expire in 90 days if not "Refreshed". However, an alert
will be e-mailed to you before a notice is due to expire and a notice
can be deleted at anytime (by you only).

How to Place a Notice
Go to Place Notice menu and login
with your username and password.
Provide the required notice reference
details and keywords and just type in your notice or information page
in plain text (or copy and paste).
Continuing to the next screen
submits your Public Notice and you are then given the option
of entering a Private Notice and choosing a password for viewing that
specific Private Notice. This password may only be revealed to
those meant to view the Private Notice and is different to the password
chosen at Sign up. The Private Notice password can be changed
by you only in the Update menu, "Edit Notices"

assigned to your notice, the first 6 digits indicating the date on which
it was created, e.g. 0302280019.
